GY flange coupling

Flange coupling GY type flange coupling referred to as "flange coupling" is the use of bolts to connect two flange (flange) disc type semi-coupling, two semi-couplings are connected with two shafts by keys, in order to achieve two shaft connection, transfer torque and motion. When there is a relative displacement of the two shafts, it will cause additional load in the parts and worsen the working condition, which is its main shortcoming. So when the speed is low, no impact, the rigidity of the shaft, the neutral is often used under better circumstances.

GY flange coupling belongs to a type of "flange coupling", its structure is simple, easy to manufacture, low cost, reliable work, installation and disassembly, maintenance are simple, the transmission torque is large, can ensure that the two axis has a high accuracy in the center, generally used for the load is stable, high precision requirements of the shaft drive. The GY flange coupling does not have radial, axial and angular compensation performance. If the accuracy of the two shaft pairs connected cannot be guaranteed, the service life, transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency of the coupling will be reduced, and vibration and noise will be caused.
